Mad Max 2/The Road Warrior - George Miller (1981)

I knew of this movie. Knew Mel Gibson was in it. But that was about it. I really was hoping it was the one with Tina Turner in it - 'Two men enter...one man leaves.' I love that quote. But alas....not the one.

Admittedly not a movie I had ever wanted to see. Not sure my life is any more enhanced for seeing it, but...not a bad way to spend 90 minutes either. 

I don't really have much to say about this one. Was a good movie. The last third of the movie is pretty awesome - there is a car chase scene (more of a truck chase scene) that is impressive. 

Although Mel Gibson isn't bad to look at, my favourite character in the movie was the dog. Surprisingly good acting. 

One word to describe 'Mad Max 2': Action.
